I-Ching is an experienced disputes and regulatory lawyer with more than 20 years of experience helping clients to resolve their disputes through arbitration, litigation or mediation. She is experienced in corporate governance and advise clients on strategy, risk management frameworks, regulatory and compliance requirements, and management of internal investigations.

She has been responsible for the conduct of and pre-arbitration advice and dispute/claims management under the:
